Bought a new left over Boat ,The marina I purchased it from help set up new boat with my old motor 60 hp and we noticed that the boat seemed nose heavy, we tried different props and other things to correct,no help, Then bought more horsepower 90 hp and Jackplate and other props to correct this propblem.no help,Contacted motor factory represenative to check new motor. He came and stated motor was fine and then he looked under boat, stated the worst hook in hull I have ever seen. The marina checked this out and found there was over and inch hook in hull next to transom. Marina owner John Palmer called Misty Harbor (David Helpley) Vice President for sales, and he sayed that they would buy it back at there cost.Mr.Palmer stated that i wanted a 17.8W and the two tops that I had bought for the 16.W,and that I did not want another boat from that gig(16.9W) and the next boat was the 17.8W. answer NO I have been out thousands of dollars for there defective product and I beleive that I have given them a reasonable offer, I have contacted an attourney and he is talking about sueing the company for an unsfe product and replacement for money lost and time lost from not being able to use product.Help The Marina Lakeside Morehead, Kentucky has been very good in this matter and tried all they could to resovle this matter and they can not gat any support from the factory. They(Fatory) wants to blame everybody else, and not take care of this matter. The hook was in boat hull from factory not created. Thanks for your attention

The weld on the front of two of the pontoons on a tritoon failed twice. The pontoons are one large open chamber when the pontoons hear and cool in the sun they smap and pop loud enough to wake me up. I believe this is stressing the welds. Most other pontoons have multiple chambers.

Sea Ray sales ad, both online and printed, for the 2007 210 select states as one of the boats key features, a swing-away-tounge on the trailer. My boat didnt come with one. They stated that the brosure was printed before the boat went into production, over a year ago. they decided not to offer it. Even after a year, the advertisment still list it as a (KEY FEATURE). They refused to do anything about it.

Complaint description
bought a used 2003 redfish flats boat. Boat had only 47 hours on it ,in mint shape. Ran the boat and found gelcoat starting to split just below the bottom chine just ahead of midship on port side. Called boat mft. company out of Vero Bch. ,Fl. about problem. I told New owner of company of problem. The owner (Jerry) stated he was aware of problems with that model and year . He promissed to come loke at the boat several times but never showed up. He stated he was moving boat company up to titusville, Fl. and han no boat yard to bring the boat to. This delay will cause the warrantee to expire after five years, at the time of purchase from other owner coverage was transferable. Anyway I had a fiberglass man in melbourne try to repair it only to have it get worse. I was told that when the boat was built the designer removed a cross Q-cell support beam in order to lay the fuel tank below deck line. This is creating an area of flexing due to the placement of the fuel tank where the hull takes most of the impact while running on a plane.I am really disappointed in the owner because I told him my first concern was to have it fixed even if I had to pay for it! Well now its starting to split on the opposite side , so I am affraid to use the boat at the Sebastian Inlet, When fishing Tourneys. The boat is sold as a top of the line hand laid Flats boat with all the bells and whisles with a hefty price, but to pay for a top of the line boat and find out that it cant run with confidents in the hull strength is sad! Can anyone direct me to how I can resolve this tragedy, and I can go back fishing. Sincerely, Lt. Art Riegle
