BoatComplaints.Com was created because Boat Owners have encountered problems that could not be resolved by normal means. The frustration of dealing with uncooperative manufacturers and service providers brought forth this website.
As a MEMBERSHIP working together we have far more influence, as a large group, getting problems resolved in a just and fair manner.
BoatComplaints.Com was developed from 52 years of boating experience and 35 years of independent, technical, engineering and “hands on repair” of problems, for the benefit of you, the MEMBER.
All private information provided will remain with BoatComplaints.Com and will not be shared or sold to anyone. Our membership is only for the benefit of the MEMBER’S and their problems and/or complaints.
RESOURCE LISTS AVAILABLE TO OUR MEMBERS
We provide access to technical resources, which allows, you as a MEMBER, to be assisted in handling any type of problem. This includes warranty issues with manufacturers, and repairs not being properly performed after the warranty period. This also includes normal breakdown repairs outside the warranty period not being properly performed.
The independent technical resource people are well educated, with certificates, degrees, advanced degrees and hands on training and/or experience in all of the aspects of boating.
We also have piloting and navigation resources.

We have a FREE FORUM, so that, as MEMBERS, we can communicate with each other about our problems. This gives us even greater resources and allows us to develop an even more powerful and influential position for any MEMBER’S complaint.
We have sources that can provide advice on repairs that you want or need to be performed.
